It is the home for Casa de los Sabores - Cooking School. Chef Pilar Cabrera, owner of “La Olla” Restaurant, invites you to savor her inventive and exciting breakfast every morning. Through the cooking school you can get a highly personal market tour and hands-on instruction from Pilar. Casa de los Sabores is a colonial home located in the neighborhood “La Merced” within the historic center of town. We are just 5 minutes from the Zócalo and 5 blocks from the "Andador Turístico" area with its many beautiful churches, galleries and museums. Accommodations include 4 double rooms, three of which have high ceilings and open out into the courtyard -- all with private bath and all tastefully decorated with regional art and antiques. We offer a delicious continental breakfast every morning with home-baked bread, jams, yoghurt, granola and the chef´s hand-selected fresh fruit.
